COST: $2,500 per person* plus international flights.
*Price based on double-occupancy.
Your ICM deposit does not include roundtrip airfare. Your airfare cost is an additional charge. If you/we are unable to make the trip, you will not receive a refund from ICM for your airfare. However, you will likely be able to negotiate with the airline regarding the situation; however, negotiations would be between you and the airline and outside your arrangement with ICM. If a trip is postponed due to international safety issues, ICM will make every effort to rebook in a timely manner so as to use the prepaid tickets and visas. Your tax advisor can assist with questions about tax deductibility.

- Travel to Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pilanesburg, and surrounding areas.
- Visit ICM projects, churches, and Hope Centers.
- Worship and celebrate with local believers.
- Build meaningful relationships with brothers and sisters in Christ.
- Experience an amazing two day safari and visit a lion park.
- Learn local culture and history.

Requirements
Prerequisites
- Your passport must be valid at the time of entry and have at least 1 blank page.
- We require all Vision Trip participants to obtain traveler's insurance to include international medical coverage. Plans fluctuate based on destination, length of trip, cost of trip, traveler's age, and home state. ICM can secure coverage for travelers and provide an invoice OR travelers can visit https://www.travelguard.com to purchase directly or receive quotes.
- For updated information regarding vaccinations and immunizations, we recommend checking the CDC website, http://www.cdc.gov/travel/, and your physician.
Responsibilities
- Airfare Option A: Book your own international flights: I can provide exact information regarding arrival and departure locations/times.
- Airfare Option B: ICM books for you: If you would like assistance, please notify me ASAP, so we can secure the best options.
Preparation
- Complete Traveler Questionnaire.
- Upload your passport to Service Reef.
- Sign the ICM Travel Waiver.
